MedFidae - Seniors is recruiting independent founding Board members committed to medication safety, older-adult health, access, and accountable nonprofit governance.
Who we are seeking
Community and governance expertise
People with nonprofit, finance, legal, fundraising, communications, accessibility, evaluation, or community-partnership experience.
Expected service
- Act in the organization’s best interests and support its charitable mission.
- Review finances, risks, policies, conflicts of interest, and program results.
- Attend approximately four Board meetings per year plus an annual planning meeting.
- Provide independent judgment; Board service is unpaid.
- Protect private information and disclose potential conflicts.
Recruitment is active. Final roles, officer positions, meeting dates, and committee assignments will be approved through the organization’s governing process.
